Job summary

Cctech seeks a Chief Student Services Officer to lead the college’s student affairs division, guiding Enrollment Management, Admissions, Financial Aid, Records, Testing, and Student Development. You will ensure access, retention, and successful student outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s degree with seven years of related experience; a Ph.D./Ed.D is preferred. You will uphold FERPA, Title IX, ADA compliance and engage with community partners and school partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible related work experience.
• Ph.D. or Ed.D in Higher Education and Student Affairs, Educational Leadership, Student Affairs Leadership, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead student affairs in alignment with the college’s mission and strategic plan.
• Oversee Enrollment Management, Admissions, Financial Aid and Veterans’ Affairs, Student Records and Testing Services, Student Development, and TRIO Programs.
• Ensure compliant, efficient, and student-friendly processes supporting access, retention, completion, and workforce/transfer outcomes.
• Foster relationships with community partners, faculty, staff, and students; represent the college at the state level as CSSO.
• Manage divisional budgets, resource allocation, and compliance with FERPA, Title IX, ADA, and other regulations.
