Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Human Services, Liberal Arts, Business, or a closely related field.
• Associate's Degree with three years of full-time experience as a CSEA Account Clerk I or comparable role with another CSEA or related duties.
• Six years of full-time experience performing duties involving eligibility determination for programs or benefits, reviewing or auditing financials, processing claims, or monitoring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all requisite child support casework functions and act as first contact for customer resolution in call center or office environments.
• Verify accuracy of and update financial data in the SETS system and other child support records.
• Attend hearings, prepare summaries, and coordinate with attorneys and law enforcement."
• Maintain case files, prepare notification letters, referrals, and reports; monitor state/local reports and alerts.
