Qualifikationen

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Education, or related field or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred; alternative experience may be considered.
• Two years of related Child Welfare experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct casework services to children, birth families, kinship caregivers, foster families, and community providers.
• Attend court hearings, meetings, and required proceedings.
• Assess needs, develop service plans, coordinate resources, and monitor progress toward safety and permanency.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in SACWIS and other systems.
• Collaborate with internal staff, partners, schools, courts, medical professionals, and service providers.
