Job summary

The Fayette County Attorney's Office Division of Child Support Services is seeking a Caseworker Supervisor to oversee the intake, establishment, enforcement, and call center workloads. The role reports directly to the CSS Division Director and focuses on leading a team in a fast-paced public service environment.

Qualifications

Ability to manage high-volume caseloads with professionalism.
Supervisory experience overseeing caseworkers and leads.
Ability to work on-site daily in a team environment.
Regular attendance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Supervise intake, establishment, enforcement, and call center teams.
Allocate monthly and compensatory time and monitor completion.
Counsel and guide Caseworker Leads on performance and caseloads.
Collaborate with CSS Director on staff training needs and operational challenges.
Provide guidance to Caseworkers and Leads as needed.
Ensure deadlines are met for regional/state listings and inquiries.
Prepare performance reports as assigned by the CSS Director.
