American University is seeking an undergraduate Administrative Assistant for the Center for Student Belonging. This part-time, non-exempt position supports front desk coverage, calendars, correspondence, and event coordination to enhance the student experience.
Reporting to the Associate Director for Student Equity, Access, and Retention, you will help with office organization, data entry, and confidential record-keeping while collaborating with campus offices to reflect AU's diverse community.

This position is available only to enrolled American University students.

The Center is seeking an undergraduate student to serve as the Administrative Assistant within the Center’s portfolio. We are looking for a collaborative team player who is passionate about enhancing the student experience, engaging with campus climate, and building intentional partnerships with campus offices and stakeholders to share stories and experiences that reflect the richness of our diverse community.
This position reports to the Associate Director for Student Equity, Access, and Retention.
