Job summary

KALCON is seeking a CSA QAQC Manager to lead the quality program for civil, structural, and architectural scopes on hyperscale data center projects. You will supervise inspections, manage subcontractor quality, and ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and owner requirements.

A strong emphasis on documentation and corrective actions will define success. The role requires 7–10+ years in QA/QC or construction management, with experience in Earthwork, utilities, concrete, and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience.
• 7–10+ years of QA/QC or construction management experience.
• Experience on hyperscale data center or large commercial construction preferred.
• Strong understanding of earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, steel, roofing, and building envelope.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and administration of the project QA/QC Program.
• Ensure Civil, Structural, and Architectural work meets contract documents and codes.
• Maintain quality records and manage inspections/test plans.
• Coordinate inspections and RFIs, submittals, and test reports.
• Track deficiencies and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Provide weekly and monthly quality reports and metrics.
