Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced QA/QC CSA Supervisor to oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural work on a large-scale data center project. This hands-on, site-based role requires coordinating inspections, testing, and documentation to uphold project quality standards.

Reporting to QA/QC management, you will supervise activities and drive corrective actions with subcontractors and client representatives.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Civil/Construction related field.
Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects.
Experience supervising Civil, Structural, and Architectural works.
Proven track record with data center, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day QA/QC activities on site for CSA works.
Coordinate inspections and testing with teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
Maintain inspection records, test reports, and QA/QC documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports for project management.
Identify quality issues and manage NCRs with corrective actions.
Support subcontractor audits, toolbox talks, and quality awareness initiatives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
