Job summary

KALCON is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality control across civil, structural, and architectural construction projects, including data centers. You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to implement structured QC processes and ensure compliance through planning, construction, and commissioning stages.

Requires a BS in Construction Management or equivalent, strong QA/QC background in civil/structural work, onsite availability, and experience with Procore and Cx Alloy.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or similar field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Civil and Structural construction QAQC background.
• Experience in Data Center or mission-critical construction.
• QA/QC processes in construction or MEP-focused projects.
• Familiarity with QA/QC software platforms such as Procore and Cx Alloy.

Responsibilities

• Provide Client representation as the General Contractor QA/QC Manager for a Data Center project.
• Develop site-specific QC Programs and lead QC huddles with field teams.
• Mentor QC Associates and site operations staff to ensure quality execution.
• Submit monthly QC performance metrics and manage QA documentation.
• Collaborate with MEP Managers and Supervisors to review commissioning deliverables.
• Attend client meetings to report on QC activities and program performance.
• Audit daily reports, logs, and inspection records for compliance.
