Job summary

Legacy Professional Services seeks a Construction Manager – Quality Control to lead QA/QC for CSLA scopes on hyperscale data center projects. You will work with project teams to ensure work meets contract documents, codes, and owner standards while supporting MEP readiness and owner turnover.

The role emphasizes site development, utilities, structural systems, building envelope, and quality documentation using Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Five+ years of experience in construction quality control, field engineering, construction management, or field supervision on large-scale projects.
Experience with civil, structural, and/or architectural construction scopes.
Strong understanding of construction means and methods, inspection practices, quality management, and codes.
Experience reviewing civil, structural, and architectural drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings.

Responsibilities

Lead QA/QC activities for Civil, Structural, Landscape, and Architectural scopes throughout construction.
Perform field inspections to verify compliance with contract documents and codes.
Review CSLA drawings, submittals, and installation methods for quality alignment.
Monitor site work including earthwork, utilities, and concrete structures.
Coordinate inspections, testing, mock-ups, and turnover documentation.
Identify and track deficiencies, punch lists, and corrective actions.
