Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Crypto to own the technical relationship with Stripe’s most strategic crypto-native users.

You will coordinate across Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to resolve complex technical challenges and accelerate global growth. You will build durable relationships with key stakeholders, translate technical needs into product feedback, and drive initiatives that improve uptime, latency, and transaction throughput while advancing compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise-level, client-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Management, Technical Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Engineering.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks; ability to explain API concepts to technical & non-technical stakeholders.
• Working familiarity with stablecoins and blockchain fundamentals, including chains, wallets, and on-chain lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for a set of strategic crypto accounts.
• Lead complex technical troubleshooting and incident response for assigned accounts; coordinate with Product, Support, and Engineering.
• Partner with GTM and user-facing teams to deliver a coordinated experience across accounts.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback and drive it to Product and Engineering.
• Develop and maintain account-specific runbooks, escalation paths, and success metrics.
• Review accounts’ implementations to identify improvements and surface potential issues in performance, reliability, and compliance workflows.
• Deliver regular business and technical reviews with customers and drive action items to closure.
• Create and maintain user-facing technical documentation, sample code, and troubleshooting guides.
• Lead cross-functional projects to reduce friction and scale coverage.
