Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Manager for Stripe Crypto's existing business, operating from the SSF or NYC office per policy. You will lead a team of Account Executives driving revenue growth and retention among scaled and mid-market customers, coaching on needs, product adoption, and lasting partnerships.

You will shape long-term sales strategy with leadership, engage with strategic accounts, and translate product capabilities into business outcomes for customers in a fast-moving fintech

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant sales experience.
• 2+ years leading a team of quota-carrying sales professionals.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through expansion and retention within an existing customer base.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing sales teams.
• Strong executive presence and ability to build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Comfort working with technical products and the ability to translate complex concepts into business outcomes.
• Product Sales AE's must be in their current role for a minimum of 24 months at the time of application.
• Preferred qualifications include growth-stage web3 or payments experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives focused on driving revenue growth from Stripe Crypto's existing customers in the scaled and mid-market segment.
• Own performance against growth and retention targets, including payment volume expansion, cross-selling, product adoption, and renewals.
• Partner with Stripe Crypto leadership to build and refine the long-term strategy for our existing business sales approach.
• Support Account Executives in developing consultative, solution-oriented approaches that expand customers' adoption of Stripe's products and services.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture that emphasizes learning, ownership, and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and other teams to improve customer experience and retention, and advocate for customer needs and feedback to inform Stripe's product roadmap and strategy.
• Engage directly with strategic, high-growth accounts, including executive-level stakeholders, to build lasting partnerships and drive long-term value.
