Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for Crypto to own the technical relationships with Stripe's strategic crypto-native users.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to resolve complex issues and drive growth across Stripe's crypto products, including Bridge and Privy. You will build deep relationships with stakeholders, translate needs into actionable feedback, and help scale operational processes while ensuring reliability and compliance across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise-level, client-facing technical roles.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Familiarity with stablecoins and blockchain fundamentals.
• Proven incident response and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience leading multi-team projects.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic crypto accounts; build durable relationships with Engineering, Payments Ops, and Product stakeholders.
• Lead complex technical troubleshooting and incident response for assigned accounts; communicate and remediate until resolution.
• Partner with GTM and user-facing teams to deliver a coordinated cross-functional experience.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback; surface patterns to Product and Engineering.
• Develop and maintain account-specific operational runbooks, escalation paths, and success metrics.
• Review implementations to identify improvements, flag potential issues, and surface growth opportunities.
• Deliver regular business and technical reviews with customers and drive action items to closure.
• Create user-facing technical documentation, sample code, and troubleshooting guides.
• Lead cross-functional projects to reduce friction and scale TSC coverage.
