Job summary

Montana Instruments is seeking an Inside Sales I to assist the global sales team in generating profitable revenue. You will develop product knowledge and respond to quotations and technical inquiries across markets.

You’ll work with sales and service to provide quotes, lead times, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, Epicor, and other platforms while supporting order processing and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in customer-facing roles, preferably sales or business development for technical products.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming requests for quotations and technical inquiries globally.
• Provide price quotations and shipment lead times to staff, distributors, prospects and customers.
• Ensure quotes are accurate to customer requirements and internal part numbers.
• Support processing of incoming orders and maintain data in Salesforce.
• Attend workshops/trade shows and stay current with industry trends.
