Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Maintenance and Service Technician to join the Customer Engineering Team. The role is residence‑based within ~250 miles of Bel Air, MD or Washington, DC, with daily travel to customer sites to install, repair, and maintain cryogenic and process gas systems.

You will work with safety‑driven practices, learn cryogenics, and support 24/7 on‑call needs, with training provided and benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Technical degree is preferred but not required.
• Welding or brazing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform demanding physical tasks and outdoor work year‑round.
• Effective communication with customers, management, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Service cryogenic, high‑pressure, and generated gas systems at customer sites.
• Occasionally supervise contractors and crane operations.
• Travel includes overnight stays; 24/7 availability for on‑call needs.
• Utilize company truck, gas card, laptop, uniforms, and tools.
