Job summary

Air Products in Lehigh Valley, PA is seeking a Maintenance & Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain cryogenic liquid, industrial gas, and process gas systems at customer sites within a 250-mile radius. Daily travel and on-call duties are required; training emphasis in the first months.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED; a technical background is preferred. You will work with pumps, valves, regulators, instrumentation, and safety systems in a dynamic field role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
• Experience with safety permitting and LOTO procedures is essential.
• Ability to travel up to 250 miles daily and on-call 24/7 as needed.
• Comfortable working with cryogenic and industrial gas systems.

Responsibilities

• Service cryogenic and gas systems at customer sites within the region.
• Occasionally supervise contractors and crane operations.
• Support after-hours and weekend call-outs; 24/7 availability.
• Operate company-provided tools, truck, and safety equipment.
• Travel may include overnight stays, especially during training periods.
• Collaborate with engineering for troubleshooting and repairs.
