Job summary

Air Products seeks a Maintenance & Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain cryogenic liquid, industrial gas, and process gas systems at customer sites within a ~250‑mile radius. You will travel daily, with overnight stays for training or coverage as needed.

The role requires safety‑first mindset, ability to read P&IDs, work up to 480V, and strong customer communication. A high school diploma is required; a technical degree is preferred. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree preferred but not required.
• Welding or brazing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform tasks outdoors year‑round in all weather.
• Strong communication with customers, management, sales and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Service cryogenic, high‑pressure, and generated gas systems at customer sites in the assigned region.
• Occasionally supervise contractors and crane operations.
• Participate in after‑hours and weekend call‑outs; 24/7 availability.
• Utilize company‑provided truck, gas card, laptop, and tools.
• Overnight stays may be required to support customers outside normal territory.
