Job summary

FLSmidth is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for Crushing Equipment in the mining sector. You will drive equipment and aftermarket sales by applying deep knowledge of crushing technology, mineral processing, and customer operations.

You will engage with mine sites, quarries, engineering firms, and OEM partners to deliver value-added solutions, conduct on-site assessments, and prepare technical proposals and quotes. Significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years sales or application experience in crushing equipment.
• Hands-on knowledge of jaw, cone, gyratory and other crushing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and deliver value-add crushing solutions.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for capital equipment and service packages.
• Prepare technical proposals, sizing calculations, and quotes.
• Travel to mine sites and customer operations for assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering and proposals teams to support orders.
