Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Manager of Restaurant Back Office Systems in Dallas to own CrunchTime platform strategy, administration, and integration ecosystem, ensuring reliability as the backbone of inventory, labor, and operations across venues.

This hands-on leadership role requires mentoring two direct reports, cross-training across modules, and working closely with IT, Finance, and Operations to optimize COGS and labor reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with CrunchTime inventory, labor, and/or operations modules.
• Experience integrating CrunchTime with POS (Toast a plus) and ERP systems (SAP).
• Experience leading a small team and developing staff.
• Ability to troubleshoot data flows across systems and work with data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the CrunchTime platform end-to-end including config, upgrades, and roadmap.
• Lead and develop 2 direct reports with clear goals and growth plans.
• Cross-train team to ensure coverage during absences and turnover.
• Manage integrations with POS, SAP, and distribution partners (Sysco) via EDI/API.
• Serve as escalation point for data discrepancies and outages.
• Partner with Finance/Supply Chain/Operations to support COGS and labor reporting.
• Define data governance standards across back-office workflows.
• Drive process improvements and new integrations or automation.
• Create training materials for field teams and internal stakeholders.
• Support new venue openings and rollouts in launch phase.
