Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a General Manager to lead a Crumbl store with an owner-mentality. You will direct daily operations, manage staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and uphold franchise standards to drive growth.

You will develop budgets, coordinate outside sales and marketing initiatives, hire and mentor teammates, and analyze performance to improve profitability. This role blends hands-on bakery tasks with strategic leadership in a fast-paced, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail, food service, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Passionate about customer service and proactive problem-solving.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic.

As a General Manager, you will play the most critical role in the business of operating a store. Essentially, you must possess a store owner mentality. You will be required to direct and manage all aspects of the business, including complying with all franchise requirements, outside sales and marketing initiatives, allocating budget resources; formulating company policies; coordinating business operations; hiring, monitoring, mentoring and training staff; managing operational costs; ensuring excellent customer service; improving processes; engaging with vendors; identifying business opportunities; and monitoring financial activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

They gathered feedback and tested recipes a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
