Job summary

SSA Cruise LLC in Galveston, TX seeks a Cruise Services Specialist to support embarkation and disembarkation operations across the terminal, ensuring a streamlined guest experience and compliance with procedures.

You will monitor terminal activities, maintain equipment, collect data, and coordinate with CBP, Port Police, USCG, and TSA while working in shifts including nights and holidays. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently or in teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coordinate operational activities.

• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card.
• Ability to liaise with multiple partners and stakeholders: CBP, Port Police, USCG, TSA.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily operations checklists to ensure needs are met.
• Set up and maintain terminal equipment.
• Collect and sort operational data; perform analysis and prepare briefings and reports.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
• Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders.
• Work independently and with teams to complete assignments.
• Maintain supplies and report when inventory is low.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by management.
