MLSBCC is seeking Leads and Assistant Supervisors in a fast-paced hospitality setting aboard our ships. You will oversee daily tasks of agents, greet guests, manage embarkation and debarkation processes, and ensure smooth operations.

The role requires multitasking, punctuality, and strong communication. You will work in rotation across areas, set up embarkation spaces, train staff, and uphold policies. A current TWIC card is required and physical duties include lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Multitask with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Meet and greet guests warmly and assist with embarkation and debarkation.
• Check-in guests electronically and verify travel documents.
• Rotate through operational areas as needed.
• Follow all company policies and instructions.
• Be punctual and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Set up assigned embarkation area and complete paperwork.
• Clear electronic reports and ensure agents adhere to the uniform policy.
