Job summary

SMS International Shore Operations US, Inc. is offering a part-time, seasonal role supporting cruise guests at Seattle port operations. The role involves greeting passengers, assisting with embarkation and debarkation, and managing guest flow in the terminal.

Candidates should have at least one year in customer service or logistics, strong English communication, and ability to learn the registration system. Weekend shifts are mandatory during the cruise season (mid April to early October).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or logistics, travel preferred.
• English communication skills required; ability to learn registration systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests cordially and assist with embarkation/debarkation.
• Monitor luggage flow and CBP areas for smooth operations.
• Guide guests through terminal areas and provide information on boarding processes.
• Escort guests needing wheelchair assistance and verify travel documents.
• Input guest information into registration system and issue stateroom keys.
• Prepare terminal/check-in area and maintain organized workstations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
