Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend staff meetings to understand sailing requirements.
• Assist with pier setup and breakdown.
• Assist guests with luggage and locate lost luggage forms when necessary.
• Monitor luggage flow and CBP areas.
• Guide guest movement through terminals and check-in areas.
• Input guest travel information and issue boarding materials.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to questions.
