SMS International Shore Operations US, Inc. in San Diego seeks a part-time guest services assistant to welcome cruise guests at the Port of San Diego. Weekend availability is required.

Duties include guiding guests through the terminal, check-in, assisting with wheelchairs, luggage help, and providing boarding information. A High School diploma and at least one year in customer service or logistics are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in customer service/logistics (travel experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate registration systems.
• Organizational and customer service skills.
• Weekend/after-hours availability.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and guide them through terminal areas.
• Verify travel documents and check guests in.
• Escort guests needing wheelchair assistance.
• Assist with locating luggage and lost luggage forms.
• Provide boarding information and issue stateroom keys.
• Input guest information into registration system.
• Answer questions about boarding and sailing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
