American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, seeks servers for the 2026 season to work onboard our ships. You will provide outstanding hospitality in the shipboard hotel and restaurant, representing the brand with pride for up to 28 weeks.

Responsibilities include creating a first-class dining experience, managing setup and breakdown, and supporting guest requests. Opportunity to travel across America with travel and living expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• American citizen or Green Card holder
• Must pass pre-employment drug test per federal regulations
• Temporary 28-week shipboard employment with potential for advancement
• Grooming standards apply: limited tattoos and piercings

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks; manage tables and service ware.
• Cater to all culinary requests efficiently.
• Greet guests by name, escort to tables, present menus, and suggest courses/wines.
• Relay orders to the galley and serve courses with proper presentation.
• May assist with embarkation greetings, afternoon tea, snacks, and evening entertainment.
