American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, seeks Servers for the 2026 season to work aboard our ships in a hotel/restaurant capacity. This temporary, 28-week position offers a competitive weekly wage and full coverage of major living expenses.

Responsibilities include presenting menus, taking orders, coordinating with galley, and delivering exceptional service. Travel, room and board are provided; 18+ and U.S.

Qualifications

• Mature, professional demeanor and customer-service skills.
• Must be able to perform essential functions aboard a ship.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant, memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hours.
• Attend to culinary requests, assist with menu descriptions, and wine suggestions.
• Relay orders to galley and serve courses with proper garnishes.
• Greet guests on embarkation, assist with afternoon teas, and support evening entertainment.
