Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Room Service Operator to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a seamless onboard dining experience. You will supervise Assistant Waiters and maintain accurate order accuracy and timely delivery aboard our ships.

The role requires a guest-focused attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work round-the-clock shifts in a shipboard environment. At least 21 years old and fluent in English, you will contribute to delivering exceptional vacation

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty on time and maintain grooming standards.
• Interact with guests to take and relay room service orders.
• Supervise Assistant Waiters and ensure orders are accurate and prompt.
• Oversee in-cabin beverage distribution and inventory, as applicable.
• Provide smooth handovers and communicate issues to supervisors.
