ONEOK, Inc. in Houston is seeking an experienced Manager – Scheduling, Crude Oil Marketing to lead a 24/7 scheduling team.

You will supervise nominating, scheduling, and allocating crude oil across assets, train staff, and drive safe, reliable operations in a fast-paced midstream environment. You will build cross-functional partnerships, optimize energy flows, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, and mentor staff through onboarding and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three to five years of applicable prior experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crude oil gathering, transportation, storage, and marketing operations.
• Experience with crude scheduling systems, logistics, and measurement.
• Proficient in standard business software and office systems.
• Background in crude purchasing, contracting, supply operations, and facility operations.
• Experience in crude accounting, commercial marketing, and contract execution (purchase, sale, exchange).
• Skilled in researching, analyzing, and interpreting contracts, legal documents, and regulations.
• Effective communicator with experience working across teams and presenting to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Scheduling team in nominating, scheduling, and allocating crude oil on assets.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Review inventory and storage positions monthly.
• Coordinate interconnect confirmations with carriers.
• Drive power optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and company policies and procedures.
• Develop or modify policies, procedures, desk documentation, and working norms to support commercial strategies.
• Develop and manage internal and external relationships with departments, customers, and carriers.
• Communicate with teams as needed and support issue resolutions.
• Oversee nominations, data summaries, system over/short analysis, and notifications to customers.
