Job summary

The incumbent will coordinate with operations control centers, carriers, and customers to optimize movements, ensure timely nominations, and ticket volumes in line with contracts and tariffs. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating and communicating effectively.
• Experience in scheduling crude oil pipelines and facilities including product movements, inventory management, customer service, scheduling, and nominations software.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, manage, and adjust schedules for crude and related product movements via truck, pipeline, and facility systems.
• Interact with operations control centers, operators, carriers, customers, and external partners on nominations, allocations, billing, and flow activity.
• Develop and implement scheduling improvements in collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders.
