  • Strong proficiency in Excel and scheduling/accounting systems.
  • Knowledge of pipeline tariffs, nominations, and transportation contracts.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily crude oil scheduling across pipelines, terminals, rail, truck, and marine systems.
  • Coordinate nominations, confirmations, allocations, and movement planning with shippers and partners.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of inbound/outbound volumes and monitor inventory positions.
  • Resolve discrepancies, scheduling conflicts, and transportation issues.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to optimize transportation and storage agreements.
  • Support risk management, compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
