Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Energy, Supply Chain or related field required.
  • Minimum 2+ years in crude oil scheduling, logistics, or operations; Gulf Coast/Permian experience preferred.
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint; Allegro or similar systems a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners; strong ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily crude oil movements across pipelines and terminals to support sales and production.
  • Prepare, submit, and manage nominations and adjustments throughout scheduling cycles.
  • Communicate with pipelines, terminals, and counter-parties to execute movement plans.
  • Monitor volumes to ensure timely deliveries and flow assurance.
  • Support monthly settlement with volume reconciliation and invoice review.
  • Identify discrepancies in volumes, measurement, and scheduling variances.
  • Maintain records of schedules, movements and communications.
  • Respond to outages, delays, or conflicts to meet deadlines.
  • Provide after-hours and weekend support to ensure continuity of operations.
