Job summary

Crescent Energy seeks a Crude Oil Scheduler in Houston to translate production forecasts into reliable transportation schedules. You will coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and counterparties to ensure timely deliveries and optimal netbacks.

The role requires robust Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience with oil logistics and scheduling. Occasional after-hours work and travel to field locations may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in crude oil scheduling or related logistics.
• Strong Excel skills and data management capabilities.
• Ability to interpret contracts and translate forecasts into schedules.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/monthly crude oil and condensate schedules across assets.
• Prepare, submit, confirm, and revise nominations to align with forecasts and capacity.
• Communicate with field ops, purchasers, transporters, and terminals to confirm plans.
• Monitor inventory and movements; adjust schedules to minimize production interruptions.
• Provide data-backed analyses and reporting to support scheduling decisions.
