ARAMCO Houston is seeking a Crude Oil Scheduler to coordinate crude movements across pipeline, terminal, and marine logistics, interfacing with Trading, Operations, Finance, and Risk to optimize execution.

The role requires market knowledge, strong planning, and the ability to manage complex operational challenges while maintaining safety, compliance, and cost discipline; on-site with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 1+ year of progressive experience in operations management or trading operations in petroleum logistics.
• Experience in scheduling/operations commercial acumen with knowledge of supply and trading operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crude movements across pipeline, terminal, and marine networks in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
• Collaborate with Trading, Refining, Operations, Risk, Finance, and external stakeholders to execute supply strategies.
• Manage nominations, inventory movements, balancing, reconciliations, and optimization.
• Monitor inventory and logistics constraints, provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee vessel scheduling, terminal operations, and compliance with contracts and quality requirements.
• Support trade lifecycle activities with accurate position reporting and settlements.
