You will coordinate nominations, confirmations, and movement planning with shippers, producers, and carriers while ensuring accurate inventory, schedule integrity, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a strong customer-facing focus, collaboration with commercial and operations teams, and leadership experience in midstream

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of crude scheduling or midstream energy experience.
  • Deep understanding of scheduling, nominations, and movement planning.
  • Experience with tariffs, transportation contracts, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily crude oil scheduling across pipelines, terminals, rail, truck, and marine systems.
  • Coordinate nominations, confirmations, allocations, and movement planning with stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory positions and resolve scheduling conflicts and discrepancies.
  • Serve as primary contact for customers regarding crude movements and scheduling.
  • Support month-end close, audits, and reporting; optimize logistics and capacity.
