Job summary

Crescent Energy Management LLC is seeking an experienced Crude Oil Scheduler to coordinate movement of crude oil and condensate from production to delivery points. You will translate production forecasts into reliable transportation schedules, maintain records, and support logistics decisions that maximize netbacks.

Responsibilities include aligning volumes with forecasts, coordinating with field ops and terminals, and analyzing variances with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and risk

Qualifications

• 3+ years in crude oil scheduling or related logistics role.
• Able to interpret crude oil contracts and schedules.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Detail oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and monthly crude oil schedules across assets.
• Prepare and revise nominations within deadlines.
• Align volumes with forecasts, commitments, and capacity.
• Coordinate with field ops, purchasers, and terminal operators.
• Monitor inventory, movements and delivery performance.
• Identify deviations and adjust schedules to prevent interruptions.
• Support Marketing with cost, netbacks, and capacity analysis.
• Maintain scheduling records and counterparty contacts.
• Provide month-end data to Accounting and Audit trails.
