Job summary

Energy Transfer seeks a Contract Administrator to oversee crude oil-related agreements, ensure compliance, and support the contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution. This role liaises with Commercial, Accounting, Risk Management, Legal, and Operations to capture and monitor contractual obligations.

Required are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2–5 years of related work; opportunities for progression from mid to lead level exist within a 12,000-strong organization committed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–5 years of relevant job-related experience for mid level.
• 8+ years for senior/lead level position is possible.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and administer crude oil commercial agreements.
• Own and administer assigned assets and agreements of moderate complexity.
• Coordinate agreement preparation, approval, execution, and routing with Commercial and Legal.
• Maintain contract data, records, and dashboards; design reports and metrics.
