Job summary

Responsibilities

• Draft contracts, memorandums, notification letters and other standard form documents.
• Respond to customer paper and liaison with external Customers and Compliance.
• Coordinate, track and report the KYC onboarding process for external customers.
• Gather documents and direct information between internal departments for new Business Entity setups.
• Assist with scheduling maintenance notices and shipper communications.
• Assist with invoicing and tracking reimbursable projects.
• Route and coordinate documents for approval in Docusign.
• Maintain contract files and records in the repository.
• Develop and publish reports from the repository per retention policies.
• Assist with CLM system implementation and process development.
• Track contractual obligations and audit settlement statements.
