Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking an undergraduate business student for a Crude Oil Contract Administration internship in Houston. You will support drafting contracts and notices, coordinate KYC onboarding, and help maintain the contract repository and reporting workflows.

Ideal candidates are juniors or seniors with strong written and verbal communication, time management, and initiative. Travel willingness and familiarity with MS Office are a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program majoring Business.
• Preferred classification: Junior or Senior.
• General requirements include self-motivated individuals.
• Involvement in activities outside college studies.
• Above average GPA.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Draft contracts, memorandums, and letters in coordination with Commercial and Legal teams.
• Coordinate KYC onboarding and respond to external questionnaires.
• Prepare status updates and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate document flows for new business entities and maintenance requests.
• Assist in invoicing, tracking reimbursable projects, and contract term administration.
• Route documents for approval and execution in DocuSign and maintain contract repository.
• Support process improvements and participate in cross-training or back-up duties as needed.
