Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Contracts Administration Specialist in Houston to manage a broad portfolio of crude oil, natural gas and NGL agreements. You will negotiate, draft, review, and facilitate execution while aligning with corporate policies and controls.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Risk, Credit and Accounting to capture commercial intent, support SOX controls, and improve contracting processes and templates across the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant oil & gas contracting experience.
• Strong contract drafting, interpretation and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on complex commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, amend and facilitate execution of natural gas, crude oil and NGL agreements.
• Lead negotiations for standard and non-standard agreements for RNG, U.S. energy marketing and legacy gas arrangements.
• Interpret terms and advise on changes to meet commercial, Legal, Risk and policy requirements.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Tax, Insurance and Accounting on contractual terms.
• Support regulatory reporting and pipeline regulatory requirements, including FERC matters.
• Maintain contract administration processes, databases, and SOX controls; ensure timely execution of agreements.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to contract templates and projects.
