Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a motivated undergraduate Business student to support the Crude Oil Contract Administration Group in drafting contracts and related documents. You will liaise with Commercial, Legal, and Compliance to complete KYC onboarding for crude oil entities and coordinate documentation across departments.

Responsibilities include gathering information, updating weekly status, assisting with invoicing for reimbursable projects, and supporting the rollout of a new CLM system.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program majoring Business.
• Preferred classification: Junior or Senior.
• General requirements include self-motivated individuals.
• Involvement in activities outside college studies.
• Above average GPA.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Draft Contracts, Memorandums, Notification Letters and other standard form documents with Commercial and Legal teams.
• Coordinate with external Customers and Compliance to complete KYC onboarding for ET Crude Oil entities.
• Provide weekly status updates on onboarding progress.
• Track and report KYC onboarding across departments.
• Gather documents from customers and route information between internal teams for new Business Entity setups.
• Assist with scheduling, maintenance notices, shipper communications, and claim responses.
• Invoicing and tracking reimbursements for projects with Commercial and CIAC teams.
• Route and coordinate documents for approval in Docusign and maintain contract files.
• Develop and publish reports from the Repository following retention policies.
• Support and implement CLM system enhancements for contracts.
