Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with emphasis on business or related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in service agreements or contracts related to construction and operation in natural gas/crude oil industry preferred.
• Good working knowledge and experience in creation and administration of service contracts, invoice processing, and SAP.
• Familiar with contract terminology and conditions related to construction and operations.

Responsibilities

• Explain contractual, company and regulatory policies, procedures and requirements.
• Maintain service contract and docs controls information database and generate information for projects.
• Manage multiple tasks with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, legal senior management and vendors.
• Work with minimal supervision and be self-driven.
• Handle high volume of data and time management.
