Job summary

Grant Thornton Advisors LLC seeks a Cyber & Privacy Director to lead CrowdStrike Falcon engagements, including MSS, MDR, and NG-SIEM deployments. You will mentor delivery teams, drive platform optimization, and partner with alliance leadership to grow the CrowdStrike practice.

You’ll work with senior clients, design detections and playbooks, and oversee scoping, pricing, and proposals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• CrowdStrike certifications (CCFA, CCFR, CCFH, CCSE) or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting with at least 3 years hands on CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Experience deploying and managing Falcon modules: Insight (EDR), Prevent, Identity Protection, NG-SIEM, Cloud Security, and Falcon Complete.
• Strong understanding of SOC operating models, MITRE ATT&CK, incident response lifecycle, and detection engineering.
• Proficiency with scripting/query languages relevant to CrowdStrike (CQL/Falcon Query Language, Python, PowerShell).
• Experience leading client-facing engagements and delivering executive-ready outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for CISO/CIO audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CrowdStrike Falcon deployments, including Falcon Complete (MDR), NG-SIEM, Identity Protection, Cloud Security.
• Serve as the technical lead on CrowdStrike optimization engagements, including sensor deployment and policy tuning.
• Design and implement custom detections, escalation workflows, and automated response playbooks.
• Drive continuous optimization of client CrowdStrike investments through platform reviews and use-case development.
• Mentor delivery teams and support career development across the CrowdStrike delivery team.
• Lead client-facing workshops, executive briefings, and quarterly business reviews.
