Job summary

Golden Dog Title in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Multi-State Title Solutions Specialist to issue and deliver title policies across our centralized policy processing team. You will cross-train with partners in states where we do not handle closing/escrow, focusing on Title Only work from attorney opinions or TSRs.

You will work across multiple states, including GA, TX, NC, SC, CO, and TN, with growth opportunities as the company expands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• SoftPro experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good communication skills -- both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused.
• Good organizational skills, time management, and critical thinking.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Adaptable: able to adapt to new, different, or changing requirements.
• Team Player.
• Some form of title experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute final title policies accordingly, as assigned.
• Receive and distribute original recorded documents, as assigned.
• Enter new title orders into SoftPro Select for our “Title Only” states, as assigned.
• Prepare Title Commitment, invoice, and other documents from attorney opinion letters from the attorney states, as assigned.
• Order title commitments via SoftPro and prepare the title commitments from Title Search Reports in all states where we have Title-Only.
• Prepare, update, and send updated documents to closing partners; work closely with closing partners for timely delivery of title commitments, invoices, and final policies.
• Assist in managing the national orders general email inbox, responding to incoming emails promptly.
• Assist in other multi-state duties, as assigned.
• Assist in curative resolutions of title matters.
