Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal/external customers.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• SoftPro experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and privacy/confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Receive file after closed and review documents for accuracy, sending executed closing docs to lender.
• Review legal descriptions to ensure alignment with mortgage, deed and survey.
• Assist with recording prep, posting payments in Simplifile.
• Make copies of invoices and checks; mail as directed.
• Review, scan and send final endorsements or title policies.
• Monitor post-closing files for requirements (e.g., partial releases).
• Prepare cover sheet when title policy arrives; mail with recorded docs.
• Assist in curative resolutions of title matters.
• Prepare and send invoices as directed; manage post-closing inbox.
