Qualifications

• Underwrite and oversee title insurance on national commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience underwriting in multiple states; Texas underwriting is a plus.
• Juris Doctorate required.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and lead national transactions across licensed states.
• Resolve commitment issues, object letters, proforma issues, and final policies.
• Review recordings, liens, easements, and vesting documents to verify title conditions.
• Price commitments and reports using appropriate schedules; issue final policies.
• Coordinate with underwriters and workshare partners to negotiate solutions.
