The role requires meticulous review of titles, descriptions, and surveys, plus proficiency with MS Office and, ideally, SoftPro, to process endorsements, recordings, and remittances while maintaining confidentiality and strong client focus.

Qualifications

• SoftPro experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive file after closed and review all documents for correct signatures, dates, and notarization; send executed closing documents to lender.
• Review legal descriptions on title, mortgage, deed, and survey for consistency.
• Assist with recording preparation, recording and posting payments in Simplifile.
• Prepare and mail invoices and checks.
