TEGNA Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for KYTX-TV Tyler, a CBS affiliate, to grow new business and manage a local client book across broadcast, Premion streaming/CTV, and digital platforms.

You will uncover client goals, build tailored, multi-platform solutions, and close deals while meeting revenue targets. Travel locally to meet clients as needed and drive growth in a competitive market.

Formación

• 5+ years of media, digital, or advertising sales with proven revenue targets.
• Ability to prospect, open new business, and build a self-sustaining pipeline.
• Command of broadcast TV, streaming/CTV, programmatic, digital video, display, social.
• Experience selling to business owners and/or agencies, with strategic pitches.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in turning data and analytics into an ROI story for clients.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with Google Analytics, DSPs/SSPs, ad-management tools.

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, meeting activity and revenue targets.

• Pitch with data: present ROI-driven proposals showing reach and targeting advantages.
• Run your business: forecast, manage pipeline, and coordinate with internal teams.
