Job summary

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Multimedia Sales Executive in Los Angeles to drive revenue across TV, radio, digital, streaming, social, and experiential platforms. You will develop new business, grow existing accounts, and deliver integrated, cross-platform advertising solutions aligned with client objectives.

The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who can package cross-platform media solutions and translate client needs into strategic campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–5+ years of media sales, advertising, or related field experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close business.
• Experience selling or supporting multi-platform media solutions (TV, Radio, Digital).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow relationships with local and regional clients, agencies, and advertisers.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business across all platforms.
• Create and deliver integrated sales presentations aligned with client marketing goals.
• Maximize revenue from an assigned account list while actively building a robust pipeline of new business.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Research, Ad Operations, and Content teams to develop cohesive proposals.
• Execute and oversee campaigns to ensure successful delivery, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking.
• Ensure accuracy in all aspects of campaign execution including orders, traffic instructions, billing, and collections.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
