Job summary

Univision Communications Inc. seeks a Multimedia Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across television, radio, digital, streaming, social and experiential platforms.

You will develop new business, expand existing accounts and deliver integrated campaigns aligned with client objectives. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who can package cross-platform solutions, translate client needs into strategic campaigns, and work with marketing, research and content teams to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of media sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close business.
• Experience selling multi-platform media solutions (TV, Radio, Digital).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow relationships with local and regional clients, agencies, and advertisers.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business across all platforms.
• Create and deliver integrated sales presentations aligned with client marketing goals.
• Maximize revenue from an assigned account list while actively building a robust pipeline.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Research, Ad Operations, and Content teams to develop cohesive proposals.
• Execute and oversee campaigns to ensure successful delivery, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking.
• Ensure accuracy in all aspects of campaign execution including orders, traffic instructions, billing, and collections.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
