TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Multimedia Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our Television, Radio, Digital, Streaming, Social, and Experiential platforms in Houston, TX. You will develop new business, grow existing accounts, and deliver integrated, multi-platform advertising solutions aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or related field.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close business.
• Experience selling or supporting multi-platform media solutions (TV, Radio, Digital).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow relationships with local and regional clients, agencies, and advertisers.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business across all platforms.
• Create and deliver integrated sales presentations aligned with client marketing goals.
• Maximize revenue from an assigned account list while actively building a robust pipeline of new business.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Research, Ad Operations, and Content teams to develop cohesive proposals.
• Execute and oversee campaigns to ensure successful delivery, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking.
• Ensure accuracy in all aspects of campaign execution including orders, traffic instructions, billing, and collections.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
